House rules

• Please lock external doors each time you leave the house. Leave the keys in the lockbox.
• Please don’t wear outside shoes inside the house.
• No smoking in the house and elsewhere on the property. $2,000 charges apply if anyone smokes.
• No visitors in the house other than those on reservation.
• Extra towels, linen, blankets, bed quilts are available on request.
• Don’t move furniture inside the house.
• Laundry in the back of the Captain’s Cabin is shared by all cottages on the property. Laundry baskets are provided in the laundry room for guests to use. Please leave them back in the laundry room after use.
• Each day 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. laundry is only available to housekeeping staff. Guests can do their laundry outside this time.
• Please reach out to host for any supplies needed.

• Don’t move patio sofa set. Don’t move indoor furniture.

• Each day 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. laundry is only available to house keeping staff. Guests can do their laundry outside this time. 
• Please reach out to host for any supplies needed. 

• Check out is by 11 am on your departure day. 
• Please tidy up the house to the condition it was when you arrived. 
• Please clean any dirty dishes or run the dishwasher before you depart. 
• Please put all dirty towels in the laundry machine and run a normal cycle with detergent provided inside the laundry room. Our cleaner will move them from laundry machine to the dryer. 
• Please consolidate all of the trash into the trash and recycle bins provided in the garage. 
• Please turn off all the lights.  
• Please make sure that all the doors giving access to outside area are locked. 

Note

Please put all the Dirty Towels in the Laundry Machine and run a normal cycle with the detergent provided in the Laundry Room Before you Leave.

Our Cleaner will move them from the Laundry Machine to the Dryer.
